I wanted to join DC, and they even take time to know me. My app was declined after 2-3 hours, something like that. And I don't really want to join an american clan...

Why do you seek the better groups when you are total stranger to them ?
Knowing one or two people is not enough.
My advice is this : Play, play with other people, befriend them and maybe, after weeks or months, apply to thier groups.
