No, it's not. Or it is.

But it makes me laugh when those graphic cards can't deal with it. Mine 3870 runs it on med details, but all other stuff is on Very High.
3.16GHz dual core tho. And I'll be getting another 3870 from dzefry, so I hope I could run it at High details. Or w/e, the game looks great even with med details.

I rly hope they will release The Lost and D a m ned and The Ballad of Gay Tony on PC too. Fkn Xbox360. :/

I can run everything on high with the HD4870 but GTA IV is just a bitch on that level...Such game is better for a console.

Also, I got the ' Ballad of Gay Tony DLC' I must say, this is what the overall feel of GTAIV should have been. A lot of choppers, tanks, big explosions. It's much more like San Andreas. Great fun.

Yeah Master, that's why I srsly want those DLC games.
For me GTA IV was a big step forward in graphics, engine and all that stuff. But the gameplay was a step backwards. The gameplay is still good tho, it just lack the fun things like tanks as you mentioned.

No need for tanks in GTA IV. Its just not the city for it. I like it the way it is only I do care about Graphics, if I play a game I want it to look good even if the gameplay is shit I care more for graphics I can enjoy a game with bad gameplay but great graphics but GTA IV graphics is still a pain in the ass for the HD4870 at some points..
