well, i guess all of you know where my name comes from... ;D yoda was always my favourite character in star wars and so i decided to take this name when i started to play mb  |

My name was originally Khazar, which was a name of one of the gods in Black & White. Later on, people started calling me 'Khaze', so that's what I started using. Also I once used the name 'K'ielzhar', which was a twist-up from 'Khazar' to an alien language.

mines a bit odd, and in two parts 1. i got my first action figure when i was 3-4 (aprox 1980) it was a Dr Doom figure, because i loved fantastic four, i still have that figure on top of my pc, it pwns. 2.when i started fencing at compotition level, i couldnt afford a kevlar jacket, which is a legal requirement, so i had to get a second-hand one from a dutch guy called Venhoum, which was written on the back, so i had to use a thick black marker-pen, and some creativity, and changed it to say VonDoom, so everyone started calling me Von, or VonDoom. p.s. Victor VonDoom was NOT that girly-man in fantastic four movie, read his comics, in particualr 'doom-2099' find out how cool this guy is, and why i think he would defeat any SW character ANYYY, in a comic called 'heroes reborn-DOOM' he conquers an entire planet, and pilots the whole damn thing to earth, what a guy.  |

In Halo they had funny nicknames for things, like they called their jeep the 'warthog', and their grenades for 'hoggis'. They would be like, "Throw a hoggis!", "Hoggis! take cover!" I thougt that was funny and have used it for awhile now ^^ When I first read your name I read it as "Haggis". Not something pleasant... Then I checked again, and I thought: "Hoggis, ROFL, cool name". |

hmmz. to reactivate this topic: The first nick i had was in basejk2, Nejaa Halcyon, a not very well known character from the StarWars books, a jedi master. But nobody, not even me really knew how to pronounce the name. Someday i saw in school in my latin dictionary that halcyon means icebird. From this moment my name was IceBirD and later IceDevil. That was like 1 1/2 year ago when i played very much jk2 instagib. Then I bought jka and started playing mb2 b15 with my Icebird nick ( in blue and white ). But some months, right when i had some friends in mb2 and ppl knew me as Icebird there appeared a guys that took me name and tked ppl. At this time there werent any penalty points or automatic kick so he could tk round for round. People started to tk and kick me, cause he used my nick while tking and laming. Someday i was so frustrated that i changed my nick to ^RaGe', cause i was very angry about that guy. I had my revenge, cause i owned him and i never saw him again. Only a few ppl knew that RaGe was IceBirD, so the lamer didnt know that i was still playing. I never changed my name back to Icebird until today , even when it sounds a bit aggressive. but u know, i'm an angel . For a few months i had the nicknames Barracuda (black red and green) in jk2 and Protos (black and blue)in mb2, but i was known as Icebird and Rage so i didnt change it again....long history, thx if you read it ^^ PS: last week i started playing jk2 instagib again and all ppl on the server still knew me - after more than 1 year. |

I have used a few names, first name was quiet original it was Obi-wan Kanobi (lol with an 'a' ) later on i changed it into an 'e' because i didn't knew that (btw this was 5 years ago or something...) Then here on MB i changed my name to YoungPadawan , i got a fight with many players so i changed my name into Darth Pupil (LOLZ) but it wasnt okey yet so i changed my name into Windtalker , because i just watched the movie 'Windtalkers' ooh well then i started thinking i need to have a original name , that week i watched 'Gladiator' again (at english class) and i heard the names of ceasar : Ceasar Marcus Aurelius Antonius Augustus, and the awesome gladiator Maximus Decimus Meridius so i combined these names together to MarcusMaximus..... |
